If changing the settings doesnt work, i would setup vista on another computer, install setpoint, install your mouse, set the prefs, copy the user.xml to your 2008 圆4 machine, restart setpoint and see if the tab is visible. Adjusting your mouse movements: To change your pointer speed and customize your cursor, do the following: Launch SetPoint (Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings). I upped the entire file user.xml that includes settings for my MX1000 and MX revolution from Vista x86 incase the copy your setpoint generated is messed up if you dont have either of those mice, you might have to edit the DisplayName= or the Model= parts but i think you should be able to get it working. tab at the top of the SetPoint Settings window. XMBC Uses standard windows mouse messages and I'm sorry, but I cant buy every mouse in the world, so if your mouse does not send standard windows messages for buttons 4, 5 and tilt then XMBC wont see them and be able to re-map them. But that does not mean that there aren't any - I've generally only ever had MS, Logitech and generic (e.g. ![]() Personally I've not seen a mouse with 5 buttons and tilt that does not work with XMBC, even if some config in the supplied software is needed (setpoint). Yes and as I said, maybe there is some configuration required in the genuis software? I don't know it so your on your own there unless maybe someone else here can help.
